As one of the Road House partners I can’t wait to bring my dream to life! Growing up with my family in the fitness world, I wasn’t sure if I wanted to follow in their footsteps. , I am proud that I took the first step and won’t ever look back.
I look forward to creating a bond with each rider that will last forever, I want to help bring out the best version of our riders through, loyalty, trust and kindness.
I've been in the fitness industry over 20 years. I joined the military at an early age for a short tour. After attending college, to be a scientist I stumbled into fitness and has been there ever since. My class is fun, with a little fast & a little furious. But I'll always give you the freedom to take the journey to wherever you want to go.
Suyumi is a full time fitness professional with over 20 years of experience. She is a member of the Zumba community and has traveled internationally at global fitness conferences. Her classes are fun, invigorating, and always leave you wanting more!
I have been teaching for over 15 years all over the country. I've opened and managed some of the best studios around and worked with some of the best talent in the biz. With a background in dance, I started teaching adult hip hop and cardio funk classes when I was 18. It wasn’t until I tore my ACL a year later trying to be a Houston Rockets Power Dancer that forced me to start doing lower impact workouts like cycling.
Been on a bike ever since.
I will you guide our riders in their journey with passion, energy, banging beats and lots of love!
I've been a physician for 36 years and involved in athletics my entire life. I am board certified and family medicine and primarily did geriatrics and sports medicine. I moved to Florida 4 years ago and now primarily do aesthetics.
I used to bike race and because I lived in the cold weather used spinning as my winter training. I am also a drummer so making song lists came naturally.
My goal as an instructor is for everyone to get the best, fun, safe ride with music that makes you want to kick every ride! After your ride I love talking about performance, nutrition, and how to get stronger. Let's RIDE!!

I have been a certified indoor cycling instructor for more than 10 years, and also work as an IT Project Manager. Being a cycling instructor has been an amazing journey for me. I love being able to help people achieve a better quality of life through cycling. I love to connect with my riders individually to better understand their workout goals, monitor their journey and to help them achieve their personal goals.
I bring lots of positive energy to the studio giving my riders a unique indoor cycling experience making them want to come back and embrace the cycling journey.
I am certified RYT 200 hour yoga instructor, a certified indoor cycling instructor …and I have a BS degree in Therapeutic Recreation /and a graduate degree in social work.
My fitness journey began in college when I decided to run cross country, previous to this journey I was not athletic at all.
After falling in love w running and being really good at it , I decided to start weight training. The strength training helped me run faster and kept me healthy. However my body was really tight and sore. After a few years of teaching in studios and working full time as a therapist …I decided to open my own yoga studio. The rest is history !! My personal journey through fitness has gotten me through many difficult times in my life. I can honestly say that fitness saved my life and gave me so much inner strength and confidence . What I have to offer in my cycling classes at Roadhouse is physical challenge, intentional mental focus , the best music on the planet, and a lot of smiles and positive vibes. I will guide my classes with my heart and soul and will do my best to inspire others to find the best versions of themselves. Namaste
I am the mother of 3 amazing boys, Cole 21, Rhett 18, Hudson 16, married to my husband, Michael for 23 years. I am currently a realtor, an inventor, and a fitness instructor. I am AFAA certified in both group fitness and personal training. Fitness has always been a huge part of my journey. I started teaching classes in college, and 35 years later, I’m still at it! I am so incredibly fortunate that my fitness instruction has always been my fun side job, so my passion for teaching shines transparently through. I love being with the community, challenging my students to their maximum potential, and leading people to a better lifestyle. I believe in balance, so I would say my mantra is “detox to retox.” Fitness has always created a release for me, both physically and emotionally. I love the energy created throughout a room full of people with the same goals in mind. I adore manifesting goodness and positivity when I am with my class, as we all are guilty of getting caught up in day to day life. My classes are always challenging, even though there is never judgement or restriction for individuality. I have always prided myself on being genuine and real, and I plan to share that with all of my special “family” at Roadhouse!
